Complete your 5K anywhere, at any pace. Walk through your neighbourhood, run your favourite route, hit the treadmill, or gather your family, friends, colleagues or community group and complete the challenge together. Every participant who successfully completes the challenge will receive a Dementia Awareness 5K Finisher’s Medal — a meaningful keepsake representing the steps you took to help make dementia awareness matter. Whether you are participating in honour of someone living with dementia, in memory of someone you have lost, in support of a caregiver, or simply because you believe in the cause, your participation helps keep the conversation going.
